Rob joined Cross Coastal Advisors as a Partner in early 2016 to head Business Development.  In addition to his impressive background in the industry, he has the unique perspective of being a longtime client of Cross Coastal Advisors.

In 1996, Rob began his career at Cantor Fitzgerald in their Analyst training program.  From there he moved on to work for a global macro fund and enjoyed tenures at Donaldson, Luftkin & Jenrette, Salomon Brothers (later Citigroup) as well as a boutique research and banking firm, the Benchmark Company.  Additionally, he was the head of business development for an RIA and asset manager.  Rob has spent the majority of his 20 year career working with hedge fund, private equity and asset management firms and principals as well as high net worth individuals.

Rob graduated from Dartmouth College in 1996 and is very involved in the Dartmouth community serving as an Admissions Ambassador, assisting in the interviewing of local candidates for admission.  Additionally, he is an advocate for Dartmouth Friends of Football helping to secure internships for undergraduate students interested in financial services.

Rob, his wife Melissa and their three children, Peter, Amelia, and Bobby reside in Hingham where he is actively involved in the community.
